What are the payment options available ?
Payments are made via the secure Stripe interface and via Paypal. These allow you to pay in particular by credit card Visa or Mastercard.
How is my order shipped?
We send your packages using the collissimo service of the post office. A tracking number is sent automatically at the time of dispatch. The duration of the expedition is generally 72 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).
When will I receive my order ?
Delivery within 5 to 7 days in France, within 8 to 10 working days in Europe.
What happens in the event of absence during delivery?
No problem ! The postman will iron a second time or drop the package off at a nearby post office. You can then remove it there. Remember to check that the postman is not already wearing your T-shirt.
Who should I contact in case of problems during my purchase?

Can I return an item if I don't like it?
We accept returns if the product has a defect or if the size is not suitable within 15 days of receipt of your purchase (while stocks last).
No returns for a change of product.
The return of the product is the responsibility of the customer, we advise you to send it back securely. You can return the ordered products to us without any problems, as long as they are still in perfect condition and unworn.
Returns for size exchange are between 5 to 10 working days.
Will I be reimbursed in the event of a return?
We do not refund any items, however you can exchange the item if the size is incorrect. Please note that the theft or loss of postal services is not our responsibility.
Why was my payment not accepted?
There are several reasons for the refusal of a payment. The best is to contact your bank. Do not hesitate to contact us by email in case of successive failures during your payment.
